Brief Scope of Work - Business Outline

 

Aljomaih Company is one of the largest General Motors Dealers in the Gulf Region. This predominance has been achieved through our commitment to provide first class Services on Sales & After Sales - (Service and Parts) throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a network of modern and comprehensive Dealership facilities located in the Central, Western, and Eastern Provinces, at Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Hub-towns respectively.

 

Aljomaih started the vehicle lease operations with maintenance since 1991 on short & long term contracts.

 

Now the operation is covering the Eastern, Centra and Western Provinces including Hub-towns.

 

AAC objective is to reach all Government, Semi Government, Corporate and medium/small Companies by providing vehicle lease solution to the customer.

 

Brief Description of our business

• Currently 4700 units are leased to different Companies across the Kingdom wherein major part of the fleet is with Saudi Aramco covering 45% of their vehicle fleet requirement.
• 32 Automotive Service facilities have been established all over the kingdom (18) minor + (4) major + (10) Sub Contractors designated to support the Special Contracts Customers
• AAC After Sales facilities across the Kingdom including (AC Delco, Quick Service) will also support lease operations customers through define process. (AAC After-sales strength)

Lease Operation "Total Solution"

• Short and long term lease (12-24-36-48) months
• Provide extension option on the lease
• Offer lease operation across the Kingdom
• Permit vehicles to use outside the Kingdom
• Option to purchase vehicles after expiry of contract
• Free replacement vehicle given to customer as additional offer
• Provide immediate replacement vehicle for vehicles under repair
• Chauffeur services (pickup and drop vehicles for maintenance)
• Insurance coverage according to customer needs
• 24/7 road side assistance across the Kingdom
